Work It!

I haven't had a bacon burrito in 31 days.

I bought new running capris that I'm officially in love with.

I ran 3 miles today just because I could.

I timed in at just under a 12 min mile.

I burned almost half of the calories I consumed at lunch.

I love multigrain english muffins.

I am still going to Shred tonight.
